While these three may be the "giants" in privatization, there are many smaller cities that have had success in privatization, including San Mateo, California; Highland, Michigan; and Wauwatosa and Saukville, Wisconsin. Key players from all seven of these cities present their experiences during this nationally televised satellite conference through panel discussions, case studies, and question and answer sessions.
