Call the University of Wisconsin Extension Office in your county (link exits this site) and identify each video you desire by its FIVE DIGIT number and title.
Provide the Extension office a complete mailing address. (It can be mailed directly to you.)
After viewing each video, complete its short evaluation form.
Return each video and evaluation before the due date to:

TIC does NOT loan videos outside of Wisconsin nor does it sell videos.
You can obtain these videos only through your UW County Extension Agent. You cannot order them any other way.
